Language Art
Description
•In
this activity, students produce creative pieces such as greeting cards,
bookmarks, stickers and motivational posters using adages, proverbs, and idioms
in English.
•At
the end of the activity, students organise an exhibition/sale to display their
work.
•In
groups of 5-6, students:
–design
and produce at least five creative pieces per student,
–video
record their weekly meetings where each student has to describe his/her work,
and
–organise
an exhibition/sale of their work in UPM.
Implementation
•Students
meet two hours per week for six weeks to complete the task.
•Facilitators
monitor student attendance and participation.
•Venues
will be at appropriate locations.
