  • First meeting
  • Ice breaking within group
1. Get to know one another

2. Appoint a group leader.

3. Write down what happened in each weekly session. Use the journal template.

4. Video record some of your discussions (about 3 minutes) and upload them onto the blog each week.

5. Decide on the project that you will be doing weekly. Refer to list of projects. Each week everyone in the group will do the same project.  Example week 2-birthday card 

6. Decide on how, when and where you are going to meet and have your discussion each week.

7. Assign one or two person who will be in charge of the group’s blog. Discuss on how you would want your blog to look like. Make sure it has basic details of your group members (name, contact number, current add) and do not forget to put up pictures too!

  •    Doing the project     Discussion
1.Decide on a project each week (refer to list of projects). Video record the meeting session.

2. When you are done, discuss and answer the questions given for that particular week.

3. Video record some of your discussions (record each week's discussion-about 10 mins each week)

5. Upload your video recordings onto you blog and write a journal entry for each week on your blog.

  •        Choosing the best 3 of each roject 
  •      Discussion
1. In this meeting,  every member will bring his/her completed projects and group members will choose the best 3 of each project. The chosen projects will be available for sale at a carnival organized by CALC sometime in April or early May.
